The Committee will hold a debate on the petition dealing with the alleged violation of the electoral rights of minorities and non-Bulgarian citizens in Bulgaria. Members will exchange views with the petitioner and the Commission on the provision of the Bulgarian law requesting electoral campaigns to be conducted in Bulgarian language and its implications on citizens' effective participation in the election processes.
