Highlights - Consideration of Draft Opinion on Better Law-Making: 09.11.2016 - Committee on Petitions

The Committee on Petitions will examine the draft opinion by MEP Notis Marias to the Report on the Interpretation and implementation of the interinstitutional agreement on Better Law-Making. The draftsperson stresses the need for clear, simple, effective EU legislation which should consequently be easy to transpose and implement.
