Highlights - Petition on abused women and children: Debate - 03.05.2017 - Committee on Petitions

The Committee will discuss a petition on judicial practices in Spain relating to the protection of minors and victims of gender-based violence. The Committee will debate on whether these practices conform to applicable EU standards (Directive 2011/92/EU and Directive 2012/29/EU) on tackling sexual exploitation of minors and minimum standards on the rights, support and protection of victims of crime.
